February has been a strange month with highs and lows.
The highs were our clients as usual, who have been on our courses and what super people they are.
They are the reason we are here and we think they are great!
However, we have had to start turning some people away due to lack of capacity because our growth is being held back through lack of funding to create jobs in Banana which is very sad as we want to support those people.
One person told me recently that success breeds success and major funders only seem to invest in organisations who have been around for many years. This doesn't help social entrepreneurs like myself who have spotted a gap and who is defining a new pathway and building a unique business model. We just need to reach year 3, by which time, we will become self sustaining, and become a grant giving organisation!
All we need is someone or some organisation to help us get there!
